Orthotics Unlimited: Custom Sports Orthotics

Welcome to the Orthotics Unlimited Web site. We custom manufacture the finest in performance enhancing sports orthotics (shoe inserts) for virtually any athletic activity. Whether you are a professional athlete or a weekend warrior, our hand-made orthotics can increase your performance and comfort. Our satisfied clients include nationally ranked ski racers, elite distance runners, top golf professionals and experienced pesonal trainers.

We also have custom-made models designed to provide all day comfort in for wear in casual and dress shoes as well. These items are extremely popular with construction workers, nurses and other professionals that spend long hours standing on their feet.

Every single orthotic built by Orthotics Unlimited is created from the ground up for its wearer only. Our products are truly custom made, not generic molds heated in a storefront facility to take on the superficial shape of your foot. All of our construction processes start out with a one-on-one evaluation and fitting, which is done by appointment only. During this session, custom molds are taken of your feet. These molds are used to cast your orthotics from a scratch blank. Following the initial creation, our products are posted (to align the foot in a neutral position) and ground extensively by hand. After delivery, more adjustments may take place if the customer is not 100% satisfied with his/her fit.

In addition to orthotics, we offer a number of one-on-one sports consulting services including custom ski boot fitting and on-snow skier/equipment performance evaluations. Owner Sean Pearson--originally of Stowe, VT--personally supervises these services.
